Translating does not mean a mere transfer of a word from one language to another one.
Translating is a more complex system of different approaches that does not include only linguistic skills.
Every language has its own code of thought that must be considered while translating.
As an example, while technical and legal texts imply a specific terminology and a certain accuracy to grant the “good faith” of the translator while dealing with the source text, the translation of advertising, literary or commercial texts leaves room for interpretation and “unfaithfulness” towards the source texts, the meaning and the right image in the target language is far more important than translating word by word.
